- 5.0Awesome TeuckBy Sandy on Friday, July 23, 2021 I absolutely love my truck. Comfort is better than our Cadillac and it looks awsome. Luxury interior and amazing in the snow.
- 1.02014 1500 denaliBy Nate on Sunday, May 07, 2023 I have decided that this will be the first and final General Motors (GM) product that I will purchase. The air conditioning failed at 60,000 miles due to a problem with the condenser. At 65,000 miles, I had to replace the transmission because it was causing very rough shifts between gears 1-2 and 2-3. Unfortunately, at 120,000 miles, the transmission is once again exhibiting the same issue it had before it was replaced. Additionally, I was unlucky enough to have a truck that experiences paint peeling on nearly every body panel. This is especially prominent in large sections near the windows and rear doors. Needless to say, I will not be making this mistake again.
- 1.0This year/model has serious ongoing problemsBy Sad GM Owner on Sunday, July 20, 2025 Purchased new, soccer mom vehicle. Services maintained by Dealer. ISSUES: 24k Miles / Battery - A constant electrical system slow drain requires new battery every 24 months 40k, 70k, 100k Miles / Brakes - good pads but rotors constantly wrapped, replaced 60k Miles / AC - System condenser replacement 90k Miles / Transmission - catastrophic failure, replaced 95K Miles / Suspension - catastrophic failure, ball joint units replaced. 100 Miles / 4x4 - Transfer case leakage I've been informed a engine top end valve repair will be coming soon. GM products use substandard materials that ensures product failures requiring expensive repairs. Will not purchase this brand again.
